Cousins Tommaso, whose Tuscan family has made olive oil for three generations, and Luca, in New York, started Casa Virgin to bring fresh Italian extra virgin olive oil to the US. They make three drizzling oils: Spicy Virgin with Calabrian chili, Riserva Virgin from Tuscany, and Truffle Virgin with white truffle from Umbria. All the olives are grown and milled in Italy, from a single harvest and cold extracted.
